Our volunteers make Qi AC an awesome experience!

We welcome applicants of all ages and all abilities to help facilitate our adventures.

Qi AC has exciting volunteer opportunities, and we would love to hear from you, should you be interested in getting involved and sharing youR awesome.

Documents required to complete the Volunteer Application Form:

  1. Up-to-date resume with two references

  2. Criminal Record Check for the Vulnerable Population

  3. A signed Volunteer Code of Conduct

We will be in touch to discuss the volunteer opportunities once your completed application form is received.

Thank you for your interest in Qi Creative and its programs and activities. Qi Creative provides success coaching and specialized adapted programming. These programs take place in a wide array of environments. All activities and care are designed to provide appropriate challenges for participants. These challenges are intended to provide a medium of personal growth and achievement of goals. Your activity, course, or program will involve risk, which may be greater than most people encounter daily. It is important that you follow directions given by staff and/or volunteers and ask questions whenever a procedure or activity is unclear to you. To be transparent in all its practices, Qi Creative guarantees full disclosure to participants about the nature of the activity, course, or program you may participate in. Part of that transparency is the disclosure of risk so that all participants and parents/guardians know what is expected as part of an activity, course, or program. It is in everyone’s best interest that risks are disclosed, understood, and assumed before participation. After you have reviewed the Volunteer Handbook and Volunteer Application Form and understand and agree with their contents, please sign the following waivers of liability.
